2 billion and 156 million rubles to be allocated from Russia budget for Russian- Indian programme for air transport system development23 апреля – 2 billion and 156 million rubles are to be allocated in 2009 from the Russia budget for the joint Russian- Indian programme for air transport system development, said Viktor Livanov, Il’yushin company director general.
According to him, from this year the Russian government will allocate the funding to launch the MTA (transport aviation) programme.
